I randomly came across my old DA profile and pulled a couple pictures over to this account. I can really see how much I've improved and the direction I've taken. I think until now, this profile (alicedefect) has been only my textile work, so I don't really have a current pencil drawing for comparison. I'll have to get on that....

Edit: adding that this is my copy of Paul Kidby's drawing. At the suggestion of one of my art teachers, I began copying the art of the masters for practice (like renaissance painters used to do). I did a couple things by da Vinci, but decided Kirby was a modern master so did a few of his as well.
